There are currently two options for UK customers to
place a sign order with Standingstone:
1. Online - through our shopping cart process, with
payment by credit / debit card or cheque.
2. By post - with payment by cheque.
Both options are for UK delivery only.
Customers from outside the UK wishing to place an
order should contact us for payment options and a
quotation for shipping.
Placing an order online
Placing an order with Standingstone is quite
straightforward. You will not be required to create
an account and we will only ask for the information
that is necessary to process your order.
Security - payment by credit or debit card is via
the secure online payment platform at PayPal
(PayPal account or sign up is optional). This uses
Secure Sockets Layer with the highest level of
encryption commercially available. We never see or
store your card details and fully comply with The
Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI
DSS).
Here are the steps you need to follow:
1. Find the item/s you want and add them to
the shopping cart by clicking the "BUY NOW!"
button.
Remember to complete the sections "Wording &/or
Number Required" and "Lettering Style" you require
for each sign that you wish to order.
2. Proceed to Checkout.
Enter you name and address, your email address, and
telephone number.
Review your Delivery Address.
3. Select your method of payment.
Credit or debit card - by secure payment
gateway.
Cheque - drawn on a UK bank account.
4. Review your order and confirm.
If paying by credit or debit card you will be
automatically forwarded to the secure payment
gateway. You do not need a PayPal account nor are
you required to sign up for one using this method,
just click on the link saying "Don't have a PayPal
account".
If paying by cheque you will see a confirmation
that your order has been successfully
processed.
Finished! - An automated acknowledgement
with the details of your order will be sent to your
email address. Before the end of the next working
day we will email you an Order Confirmation which
will again list the details of your order and draft
picture/s of the sign/s and when we intend to send
out your order.

Complete and return it with your payment by cheque.
When we receive it we will email you an Order
Confirmation which will list the details of your
order and draft picture/s of the sign/s and when we
intend to send out your order (please remember that
time must be allowed for your cheque to clear
before your order is sent out).

application, please contact us.

When we receive your order we will...
- always email you an acknowledgement with a
draft picture of your sign and a despatch
date.
- normally send out your order within 10 working
days.
Please note, we fulfil orders on a weekly
basis. This means that all orders we have at 8am on
a Monday morning will usually be made up in the
following days and sent out the end of that week.
Orders received during that week will be made up in
the following week.
Terms, Security and Privacy
Your sign is guaranteed against defects in
manufacture and/or materials for 5 years from date
of purchase. All details you supply will be kept
secure and confidential, they will never be
distributed to a third party and you will not be
sent unsolicited emails -
