What can I say? – a piece of plywood with plastic letters stuck to
it! This house sign was never going to win any design awards!
Weathering has stained the unsealed plywood backing and the plastic lettering oblongs have either seen better days or are missing completely. Therefore, readability is poor and this is not helped by the fact that the letters are so small.
This is the sort of house sign that someone puts up as a temporary measure but then never gets round to replacing it with something better. Although it may have been put there by a dyslexic hermit who doesn’t want to encourage callers.
